• My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our first three days in Paris. It had been our first trip to France in the summer of 1996. We were extremely happy with everything at Claude Bernard -- the room, the owners, and in particular the gentleman who served breakfast each morning. All the staff at the Hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved being in the Latin Quarter even though we covered a lot of ground elsewhere in Paris. We plan to return for the summer of 1998 and intend on staying once again at Hotel Claude Bernard.

• I stayed at this jewel of a hotel for 10 days following an extended and exhaustng business trip to the Caucasus. The atmosphere was perfect, the consideration and respect high, and the service courteous, friendly, prompt and considerate. The beauty of the hotel lies also in its location. You are in the busy and noisy Latin Quarter, central to most of Paris, (if you like to walk,) but by being one block from Blvd. St. Germain and three from Blvd. S. Michel, you are surrounded by quiet. You are a 5-10 minute walk form Cluny, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, the Seine, etc. I recommend it highly and, in fact, will return quite happily this Christmas season.

• I have stayed at this lovely hotel for 25 years. The staff is gracious and very helpful. The location is most convenient for the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, and the University.
