• I spent 7 nights at this hotel and I highly recommend it. It's only 1 1/2 blocks away from the train & metro station (Gare de Lyon) and close to several restaurants and small grocery stores. The room I got was fairly big and I had my own shower and WC (and only 51 EUR per night was a really good deal), and the lady at the front desk was really helpful and nice (mostly everyone was kind and helpful there). Everything was clean and nice, the only problem I had was that I got one of the rooms next to the elevator and it was VERY noisy, people would use it all night & day and it's somewhat annoying if you want to have a good sleep, so try not to get those rooms! Everything else was great though, merci!!!

• I would highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed there twice over the past years. Not only is it walking distance from Gare de Lyon, but also safe, clean and reasonably inexpensive for a single traveller. Another advantage is that it is on a relatively quite street and away from the real touristy crowded Paris. You almost feel like a local at this place.
