doors. Chef Gilles Epie, once an upcoming young cook, is bankrupt.
Never heard of Vincent Poussard?
The young cook was Francois Mitterand' s
personal chef - not the "official cook" of the Elysee, but the one who was
responsable for the president's every-day-meals. He has now created his own
restaurant in Bordeaux (L'oiseau bleu, 65, cours de Verdun), a small bistro
where everyone can taste some of the favouriste dishes of the former president,
such as blanquette de veau.
