Jorg Zipprick lives in Paris, and writes about cuisine and culinary
questions for Männer Vogue, Hotel-Management, Geo-Saison, Abenteuer und Reisen,
Savoir-Vivre and Vif Gourmet-Journal, one of Germany's leading food magazines.
Originally from Germany, he has lived in Paris since 1990. He is the author of
the gastronomic guides Kulinarischer Reisefuehrer Elsass (``The Guide to
