Museum Opening Times
The Office de Tourisme de Paris has updated its information regarding
closed museums for today, 8. December: All museums that were indicated as
closed yesterday are open with the exceptions of the Orangerie Museum and
the Rodin Museum. The ministry of Culture informed the Tourist office that
the Chateau at Versailles is open, and this is repeated for today. Phone 30
84 74 00 just in case. In the Paris region, it is only the Chateau at
Compiegne that is still closed.
Previsions for the weekend
Rodin Museum; open at last, until 15:00. The Picasso Museum is only open
until 13:30. It is possible that the Orsay Museum will be open, but call 45
49 11 11 before going there. The Ceramic Museum at Sevres will probably be
closed, but for the Museum at Comgiegne it is advised to call there (16) 44
38 47 00.
