The 16th Arrondissement and Art Nouveau - Thirza Vallois - (This piece is excerpted from Thirza Vallois' book Around and About Paris.) Between Auteuil and Passy further north was an unbuilt stretch of land which was developed only after the area was annexed to Paris.
