Letter From Paris -
Harriet Welty-Rochefort -
The song is "April in Paris" but from what I can see, May is really the

Dark Places in the City of Light -
Robert Gray -
Strolling down the Rue de Rivoli on an afternoon in the month of April, my eyes swam

mind from the damp, dank confines of the Catacombs, tried to pull away from the stilled-life
portraits we'd inspected so closely, tried to shake the midday chill that hung like a mist in
Cimetière Montmarte.
Fluency by CD: Champs-Elysees -
Lauren Elkin -

peak at the subtitles, and reading Le Figaro we invariably reach for the
Petit Robert a few times.
